Bill Dobbins has been a registered lobbyist in Tennessee since 1998. He has worked closely with a various legislators and department leaders to develop a level of professional respect, trust and confidence that leads to successful legislation being passed and implemented. Prior to creating Dobbins Government Relations, he managed a statewide not for profit organization. This experience enhanced his skills in the development of effective public-private partnerships with diverse organizations.
Bill is a graduate of Bethel University and has earned a Masters in Public Administration from Tennessee State University. His civic involvement includes: past board member of the Tennessee Society of Association Executives; past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bethel University; board member of Tennessee Intercollegiate State Legislature; and volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. He is married with two children and two granddaughters. He relaxes in the middle of his rose garden and on the golf course.
